5 Revenue Streams for Your Solo Business

The common misconception from folks thinking about leaving corporate is I can’t because I am not an entrepreneur.

I have outlined 5 potential options for folks considering a corporate exit 

“I don’t know how or I don’t want to build a company” are a couple of main blockers holding people back

The good news is you don’t have to be a traditional entrepreneur to go solo or become the CEO of 1

Below are just a few paths if you are considering exiting:

1️⃣ Consulting- do the work you are doing today for a fee (great way to get started but not the only way)

2️⃣ Fractional Roles- this used to be just CMO or CRO but every function is now open for fractional work 

3️⃣ Service Business- offer services around your knowledge and experience

4️⃣ Coaching/Advising- 1:1 or small group. 

5️⃣ Franchise- use your skills and invest into a franchise. The benefit is that good franchise systems provide the support you may need as a new business owner

All have pros and cons.  Take the time up front to build you unique plan and don’t do it alone.
